Is it true that there are no more plastic bags in CA?
Sills told me this and I think it would be weird. What would you use to line your trashcans?

hmm i haven't heard that. there is one target in long beach that charges for plastic bags now. but we just went to torrance target on sunday and didn't notice any change.
oh well because one day my dad came home with all paper bags and thats what he said. oh and papa told me about a time where he had to pay 5 cents for a plastic bag.
