mine never used to, but now they are so brittle. i need to start drinking more milk.

Yes, my nails break so easily. They are almost like paper. Not only do they break, they peel off in layers. Weird huh?
P.S. Whats with your blog, Karen? The format got all funky.
mine peel, too. not as much as before, but still... it's terrible. i've been taking biotin supplements for almost a year now, and they seem to be helping. my nails still break but they do grow back fast. you can buy them really cheap at target. it's good for nail and hair health!
I think I might try those vitamins. These peeling nails are not cool.
